These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrolment in and use of the training and internship programs offered by Digiscrypt Labs, a division of Digiscrypt Technologies ("Digiscrypt", "we", "us", "our"), at labs.digiscrypt.com. By enrolling in a program or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enrol.

1. Our programs

Digiscrypt Labs offers paid, online, project-based training and internship programs. Our programs are designed to build practical, industry-relevant skills and to give you the experience of building a real, industry-style project with mentorship from our team.

No job guarantee. Our programs are educational and experience-based. We provide training, a project, a certificate of completion, and placement preparation (such as resume and interview guidance). We do not guarantee employment, internships with other companies, a stipend, or any specific career outcome.

2. Eligibility & your information

You must be at least 15 years of age to enrol. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during enrolment and to keep it up to date. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your enrolment without refund.

3. Enrolment, fees & payment

Program fees are a one-time payment per program, shown on the program/enrolment page at the time of enrolment.
Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway, PhonePe. Your enrolment is confirmed only after we receive successful payment confirmation.
On confirmation, we email your dashboard login. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Fees are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. No refunds

All fees are non-refundable. Because enrolment immediately reserves your seat in a batch and grants access to program resources and mentorship, we do not offer refunds once payment is completed — whether or not you attend, complete, or use the program.

The only exception: if we cancel a batch entirely (and cannot offer you a place in another batch), we will, at our discretion, transfer you to a future batch or issue a refund for that program. Missing sessions, changing your mind, or being unable to continue does not qualify for a refund.

5. Batches, schedule & curriculum

Programs run in scheduled batches. We may, where reasonably necessary, adjust batch dates, session timings, mentors, tools, or curriculum details to deliver the best possible program. We will communicate material changes through your dashboard and/or email.

6. Your conduct

Your login and the program materials are for your personal use only. Do not share, resell, record, or redistribute them.
Behave respectfully towards mentors and fellow learners. Harassment, cheating, or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated.
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, and resources provided by Digiscrypt Labs remain our intellectual property. The project you build during the program belongs to you; you grant us permission to reference or showcase it (where appropriate, and without exposing your private data) for promotional and educational purposes.

8. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued to participants who meet the program's requirements, including submitting their project. Certificates recognise participation and completion of training; they are not a professional licence or accreditation.

9. Limitation of liability

Our programs and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiscrypt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a program shall not exceed the fee you paid for that program.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our programs or website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
